Coffee Fellowship
On your way to Sunday school or worship, please join us on Sunday mornings for coffee in the Fellowship Hall.
This Sunday (Dec. 14) will be the last opportunity to show your appreciation for our hard-working staff and all their kind and thoughtful service to St. John. Staff Parish Relations is grateful for all those who have already donated to this year’s Staff Love Offering. Click here and select “love offering” or donate on Sunday mornings.
Mission Opportunities:
The next DCCM Food Distribution will be December 20.
DCCM is in need of hams for the December 20th distribution, any size.
Clothes Closet Needs
The fall is upon us bringing cooler temperatures and winds. Again the Clothes Closet Team is requesting warm coats, jackets, gloves, scarves, & hats. Please bring new and used adult items to the Donation Station at the parking lot entrance. If you would prefer other arrangements, contact Debby Barron (706) 855-6347.

St. John and Concerts with a cause present a Christmas Eve Concert and Lessons and Carols featuring The Saint John Choirs and orchestra.

Seating begins at 10pm, the concert begins at 10:30pm.
An offering will be collected for GAP Ministries.
Good Grief: A Companion for Every Loss

For over fifty years, Good Grief has brought comfort and clarity to millions, including NFL players and a former First Lady. This timeless book explores ten stages of grief—shock, emotion, depression, physical distress, panic, guilt, anger, resistance, hope, and acceptance—while acknowledging that grief is unique to each individual and that there is no single “right” way to grieve.
You may purchase the book on your own, or the church can order it for you.
Cost: $10.00
